Olga Bykova's sensational project “Before and after. New life ”does not just change women for one evening, but changes life in the most direct way. During the project, all participants receive recommendations from specialists in caring for themselves, and Olga teaches them how to competently make purchases in clothing stores and how to dress properly. Former project participants still keep themselves in shape and every day they get better and better. Their stories can be read below in the "Transformation stories" section.
The reality show involves a radical change in the characters and participants with the help of hairdressers, cosmetologists, makeup artists, massage therapists, stylists, dentists and trainers. First, a psychologist will work with the participant. The transformation will take from two to three weeks, or even more.
